Coordinator / project manager for municipal heat planning and heat contracting (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Assuming responsibility for managing and implementing municipal heating planning and coordinating various specialist departments and external partners
- Developing sustainable concepts for heat supply and heat contracting based on energy efficiency, climate protection and the use of renewable energies
- Planning and implementing specific heating projects and monitoring project goals
- Consulting and integration of planning processes with specialist departments, political administration and external stakeholders
- Identifying relevant funding programs as well as applying for and processing funding
- Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of heat planning
- Interaction with experts, institutions and partners
- Participation in public relations work on heat planning topics and ensuring transparent communication and citizen participation
Your qualifications
- Degree in energy management, supply/environmental engineering, urban planning or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the planning, coordination and implementation of projects in the field of municipal heat supply or energy planning as well as in the field of district/local heating and heat contracting
- Sound knowledge of municipal energy supply, the heat transition and the use of renewable energies
- Analytical skills and very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Strong communication skills, also in cooperation with various stakeholders
- Structured, team-oriented and goal-oriented way of working
- Class B driving license
