• You take care of the organizational, conceptual and procedural aspects of business continuity management (BCM), drive its continuous improvement and ensure the tracking of KPIs and regular reporting
• You support the development of a comprehensive resilience strategy including the associated policy and design playbooks that pave the way for stable business continuity
• As a trusted contact person, you support process owners in standardizing business impact analyses (BIAs) and maturity assessments, identifying improvement potential and ensuring seamless integration into corporate governance
• You carry out regular tests and exercises as part of BCM and crisis management

• The position requires a degree in risk or security management, engineering, business informatics or similar. Alternatively, you have a comparable professional qualification with professional experience in a security-relevant function
• You have in-depth knowledge of operational continuity management, ideally in the energy sector or in highly regulated areas
• You have experience in the implementation of management systems (e.g. ISO 27001 or ISO 22301) as well as in project or risk management
• You are an organizational talent and have very good networking and coaching skills You can move skillfully on a technical/operational and strategic level and are an absolute team player
• Very good German and English skills as well as a willingness to travel and a class B driver’s license round off your profile
