• You develop and implement powerful governance structures and effective process models in the area of physical and environmental security
• As part of incident management, forensics and physical penetration testing, you identify vulnerabilities and implement sustainable security solutions
• You develop central specifications and guidelines for property security and ensure their consistent implementation
• You will also support the implementation of well-founded risk analyses and derive suitable measures
• In close coordination with the threat analysis specialists and the operational units, you ensure coordinated security management

• You have successfully completed a degree in safety management, risk management or engineering – ideally supplemented by additional qualifications or certifications. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification
• You have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and standards and have sound professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a BOS or KRITIS-related environment
• You have experience in developing protection concepts and in-depth knowledge of modern security and surveillance technologies
• You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured manner and are characterized by strong networking skills
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, as we operate internationally
