Your tasks
- As a customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers and make our customer contacts valuable. You will deal with all our customers’ concerns, from questions about tariffs and tariff changes to questions about bills or complaints. - Inspiring customers through first-class service and active sales via personal, telephone and digital communication channels.
- Comprehensive and case-closing process handling in the CRM system and billing systems.
- Taking on special tasks and participating in projects.
- Active customer advice and support via various communication channels.
- Ensuring holistic processing of customer concerns.
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification.
- Experience in telephone and personal customer service as well as handling new customer processes; basic knowledge of the energy industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills and very good knowledge of German.
- Strong service orientation, ability to work under pressure, time flexibility as well as independent work and problem-solving skills.
- Confident handling of MS Office, class B driver’s license and high self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
