The pay scale is based on one of the best collective agreements within the public sector (TV-V), in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement.

- As an account manager/sales consultant (m/f/d) in energy sales, you will not only look after large bundled customers and the group companies of Stadtwerke Bonn, but also purchasing companies and sales partners. You will develop customized solutions that create real added value. You combine your know-how with strategic consulting and ensure long-term partnerships based on trust and expertise.

- Acquisition and existing customer support: You will take full responsibility for acquiring and supporting our customers in the electricity and natural gas sectors. Your goal: Acquire new customers, inspire existing customers and take sales and growth to the next level.
- Calculation and contract negotiation: You develop customized offers and conduct contract negotiations that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers. You know how to make a convincing impression and ensure that both new and existing customers remain loyal to us in the long term.
- Interface: You are the key that connects all parts: Sales, back office, customer service, billing and energy-related services. The exciting part? You are the first point of contact for all topics relating to the energy transition, such as photovoltaics, heating solutions or charging stations. This is how you ensure that our customers always receive top service.
- Tenders: You are the expert when it comes to handling tenders and online portals. With your eye for detail and your organizational talent, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Further development of the product portfolio: You actively contribute your market knowledge to internal projects and help to further develop our product portfolio. In this way, you will help to optimize our market strategies and make sales even more successful.
Your qualifications
- Degree: You have a technical or commercial qualification or ideally have successfully completed a degree with a technical or (energy) business background. This foundation will help you get started in the world of energy sales.
- Professional experience: Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in energy sales or a strong interest in the industry. You know how sales works and enjoy contributing your knowledge.
- Specialist knowledge: You have specialist knowledge of the energy markets and the relevant energy industry and legal framework conditions. If you don’t have all the knowledge here yet, that’s no problem – you will be supported by an experienced team and have the opportunity to familiarize yourself quickly and continuously expand your knowledge.
- IT skills: You are fit in dealing with MS Office, especially Excel, and have experience with SAP and CRM systems. You are no stranger to these tools.
- Mobility: You have a class B driving license so that you can visit our customers in person if necessary.
