Customer consultant (m/f/d) - as lateral entry

From 01.04.2026 we are looking for support in customer service for our location in Schönau and our new branch in Freiburg. Our service hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.
Your tasks
- You will answer the inquiries received from our customers and interested parties via telephone, print and online channels in all matters relating to energy, services and products of the EWS Group
- You will support both the telephone team and the service team of our customer service center, taking into account the volume of contacts
- You will handle various processes (e.g. customer orders, master data maintenance) with the aim of completing the case (independent processing in real time) in compliance with the deadlines set for this purpose
- You create individual offers and price comparisons for our prospective customers
- You are available to our customers as a qualified contact person for complaints and claims
- You inspire our customers with your self-image for personal service and thus contribute to strong customer loyalty
Your qualifications
- You have professional experience in customer service and preferably a commercial apprenticeship
- You are quick on the uptake and have the ability to recognize customer needs and wishes and resolve concerns
- You have an independent and structured way of working
- Your strengths include explaining complex issues clearly and comprehensibly
- In addition to working with MS Office, you have good IT and system skills
- You enjoy working in a team, and your versatility and high social and problem-solving skills enable you to convince others
- You are interested in an exciting job in the energy industry with professional breadth and depth
