Your tasks
Tariff advice and contract conclusions and amendments with private and commercial customers Processing relocations (moving out and moving in) Handling customer concerns and complaints Processing and monitoring of clarification cases
Your qualifications
At least 3 years of commercial work experience Good SAP IS-U knowledge would be an advantage Good communication skills as well as strong teamwork skills and commitment Knowledge of the energy industry is desirable, but career changers are also welcome
