In your job, you will be an important member (f/m/d) of our customer service team and drive Yippie forward. For us, customer service means more than just answering emails, because you will have a wide range of tasks. This includes, among other things, switching suppliers, customer billing, receivables management and quality assurance for our service partners. You will also be the contact person (f/m/d) for technical inquiries from our service partners.
You have completed commercial training and have appropriate professional experience - career changers (f/m/d) are just as welcome as energy professionals (f/m/d). You are not afraid to contribute and test your ideas in a dynamic team. You have a team and solution-oriented way of working and are characterized by a high degree of initiative and personal commitment. You have very good communication skills as well as a customer-oriented and confident manner. You are a "digital native" (f/m/d) and confident in using MS Office applications and digital tools and have a high affinity for IT.
