We are looking for a passionate Customer Relationship Manager in the customer segment Grid Customers (m/f/d) at the Bayreuth site, maybe this is you?
The Customers and Markets department is there to position TenneT as a thought leader in the European electricity markets. In this way, we support the operation of an efficient and resilient electricity system at the lowest possible cost.

Your tasks

  • You are the central point of contact for our network customers. You manage projects, communicate clearly with customers and take responsibility for the implementation and success of these projects.
  • You coordinate all customer-relevant issues internally, in particular on network topics, legal and technical requirements, and actively mediate between various stakeholders.
  • You support network customers during ongoing operations and accompany new network connections from the preparation of the offer to commissioning, always with a view to technical, economic and legal aspects.
  • You are responsible for contract management and conduct negotiations and draw up contracts with our grid customers. Your expertise in drafting contracts is crucial to the success of the project.
  • You actively ensure a safe and cooperative working environment and support your colleagues in working together efficiently.

Your qualifications

  • Specialist knowledge : You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a similar subject.
  • Project management: You have practical experience in the energy industry or with a grid operator and have successfully managed customer projects.
  • Stakeholder management : You communicate clearly with customers and conduct negotiations at eye level, based on sound technical knowledge.
  • Processes and tools: You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for results and use IT systems effectively to manage projects.
  • Language skills : You have a very good command of English and German to communicate professionally with international clients.
