Your tasks

As a (Junior) Customer Sales Manager, you will be significantly involved in the design and implementation of customer-focused topics in the energy industry. You will accompany the customer throughout the customer life cycle - from onboarding, cross-selling and upselling to retention - with the aim of increasing customer value and long-term loyalty to Stadtwerke Karlsruhe. From conception and design to the management of measures and projects to measurement and continuous optimization - your area of responsibility is exciting and varied. Together with colleagues from the product management, retail, operations, IT and external service provider teams, you will implement pricing and communication campaigns. You will decide on the optimal timing, the offer and the target group. With your hands-on mentality, you will optimize existing processes or set up completely new processes to ensure agile and efficient implementation. You always keep an eye on the market and competition and independently derive ideas and measures to increase customer value. You will regularly report the results to top management

Your qualifications

Successfully completed studies in economics or engineering with a focus on marketing / CRM or a comparable degree. You have initial experience in the areas of sales, marketing or campaign management Campaign management, ideally with a focus on existing customers. You inspire with your hands-on mentality and your strong analytical thinking skills. You are used to working with common IT applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as your very good communication skills round off your profile.
