Your tasks
Comprehensive support for private and commercial customers in all matters relating to products, tariffs and prices from acquisition to contract conclusion Master data maintenance, contract management and conclusion of supply contracts Processing customer complaints Continuous further development and optimization of work processes and structures as well as taking on special tasks Central telephone services and mail handling
Your qualifications
Completed commercial vocational training Several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility Knowledge of the Schleupen VA program is advantageous Comprehensive PC skills (MS Office) Assertiveness, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team High degree of customer orientation, willingness to take responsibility and ability to work under pressure Independent, structured and conscientious way of working Foreign language skills
