Customer Service Department Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- You will provide technical and managerial leadership to the customer service team and customer service centers—comprising approximately 30 energy specialists—and continuously develop your team
- You analyze challenges and disruptions in our workflows, develop sustainable solutions in collaboration with related departments, and optimize processes and tools
- You promote practical knowledge transfer and support your team in confidently using modern work methods and digital applications
- You use digital solutions and AI-powered assistance systems to design work processes that are efficient and future-oriented
- You will collaborate across departments with various stakeholders, communicating clearly, professionally, and as an equal partner
Your Qualifications
- In-depth technical and process knowledge in the energy industry
- Several years of experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of teams
- Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a high level of interpersonal skills
- A structured and self-directed approach to work, along with the ability to make decisions and actively drive change
- Analytical thinking, a strong customer- and solution-oriented mindset, and a strong affinity for processes
