Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Project planning, installation and support for tariff, special customer and feed-in metering
- Collection of relevant customer data
- Implementation of smart meter measuring systems (iMSys) including feed-in management
- Advice on metrological issues in accordance with TAB, NAV and VDE
- Carrying out device replacements
- Checking and testing metering sets
- Processing service orders in the area of collection
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a master electrician (m/f/d) or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Knowledge in the field of occupational safety
- Completed AUS training
- Strong ability to work in a team and a service and customer-oriented manner
- Good PC skills
- Possession of a class B driver’s license
