Your Task
You’ll provide expert advice to our international existing customers—primarily electricity retailers—on the day-to-day use of our “Virtual Power Plant” software.
When interacting with customers—usually via email—you’ll answer technical and subject-matter questions about the software and its application.
And if you don’t have an answer right away, you’ll consult with your support team or our software experts.
Your Profile
You have a background in business, engineering, or the natural sciences—for example, a degree in physics, energy management, environmental sciences, business informatics, business administration, or another relevant qualification.
It’s important that you have a good grasp of our services—ideally, you’re already familiar with the energy market, renewable energy, and power grids, or you’re eager to learn about these topics.
You may have experience in technical sales or customer service, or perhaps you’ve worked as a sales engineer or customer advisor.
When interacting with customers, you impress with your open and communicative manner, excellent German and English language skills, and the ability to analyze complex processes and tasks and respond to customer requests in a solution-oriented manner.
You’re eager to delve deeper into technical, operational, and energy industry issues and would now like to join us in further advancing the energy transition.
