Data Management Specialist – Key Account Management / Customer Service

Your Responsibilities
- In the Virtual Power Plant division, you will ensure an optimal database and data quality, which form the foundation for our customer service and our services.
- As a data management specialist, you’ll be responsible for integrating generation and consumption facilities into the Virtual Power Plant.
- Using your technical expertise, you’ll check new master data for plausibility—which requires you to review extensive tables of master data.
- While the system performs automated plausibility checks, you will be responsible for validating and communicating error messages and warnings in accordance with customer-specific requirements.
- To this end, you’ll be in regular contact with customers to work together on establishing an accurate database for the best possible delivery of our services.
- As part of your responsibilities, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of the technical and economic specifics of renewable energy plants and energy industry processes, and you’ll continue to develop your skills as new master data fields are constantly being added.
Your Qualifications
- You have a business or technical background and have, for example, completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or hold another relevant qualification.
- What’s important is your familiarity with our services—ideally, you already have knowledge of the energy market, renewable energy, and power grids, or you’re open to learning about these topics and would like to work with us
- It’s a plus if you have some experience in data management or are willing to delve deeper into databases, data analysis tools, and complex data structures—we’d be happy to support you in this.
- In addition, you stand out thanks to your open and communicative nature and your enthusiasm for analyzing and solving complex processes and tasks.
- You have business-level proficiency in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
