Digital Campaign Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks
- The Campaigns department works at the interface between substantive work and external impact. We are constantly thinking of new, creative ways to bring about social and political change for climate and environmental protection. Together with motivated and goal-oriented colleagues, you will further expand the Campaigns department.
- Developing strategies for our offline and online engagement
- Strategic development and operational implementation of campaigns
- Copywriter for petitions, protest emails and campaign newsletters
- Setting up (petition) websites using CMS systems and creating user flows and email automations
- Planning, designing and implementing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and others
- Development of new platforms for digital touchpoints
Your qualifications
- Ideally a degree or comparable training in the field of media studies, politics, business, communications/PR or marketing
- Practical experience in digital marketing or performance marketing or alternatively experience in campaign work, communication/PR
- Experience in the technical setup of ad campaigns with the help of various ad managers, e.g. agency experience, as well as experience in monitoring and evaluating digital campaigns
- Experience in content management and CRM / email automation
- Political judgment and conceptual thinking
- Organizational talent, ideally with experience in project management
- A feel for trends and new developments in social media
- An understanding of figures, reporting and a willingness to work with new tools
- A passion for climate, environmental and animal protection
