You will be responsible for actively marketing the product portfolio for private and commercial customers and ensuring the achievement of targets in new customer acquisition via online channels. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base by developing targeted measures in the areas of cross-selling and up-selling, churn prevention and retention. You will also be responsible for clustering existing customers and deriving suitable measures for customer retention as well as planning and taking responsibility for sales campaigns for private and commercial customers relating to energy solutions. You will work on sales projects and take responsibility for managing them. You will be responsible for key sales figures. You will support the digital transformation of private and commercial customer sales. The development of strategic sales partnerships for new customer acquisition and customer retention round off your area of responsibility.
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with appropriate further training or have a degree in business administration or energy management. In addition, you already have experience in offline and online sales and the management of sales measures. Basic knowledge of the energy industry is an advantage. We require knowledge of the common MS Office products and a high affinity for IT. You have a strong customer-oriented way of thinking and acting and a good understanding of business contexts. Your strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, time flexibility and high problem-solving skills with your hands-on mentality set you apart.
