Dispatcher (f/m/d) in the network control room

• As a dispatcher in our network control room, you will ensure efficient and safe control and fault clearance of our sub-networks to supply our end customers and redistribute media in compliance with legal and technical regulations.
• You will control and monitor the gas distribution networks and systems via our network control system
• You are responsible for fault management on our gas networks and all connected systems
• You develop, check and coordinate the operating work and switching schedules
• You communicate regularly with internal interfaces as well as upstream and downstream network operators

• You have a degree in engineering (maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or business administration or have several years of professional experience in the field described, e.g. as an electronics technician (f/m/d), plant mechanic (f/m/d), gas plant technician
• Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in the control of supply networks and have already worked with network control systems and telecontrol systems
• You are interested in working with IT systems, in particular SAP and geoinformation systems
• You are used to acting logically and pragmatically even in stressful situations
• Your good analytical skills and strong communication skills (German: C2 spoken and written) are helpful in solving daily tasks
• Participation in alternating shift work is a prerequisite
• If you are hired, we require a clean police clearance certificate, the costs of which we will be happy to cover once we have accepted your application
