KEA Klimaschutz- und Energieagentur Baden-Württemberg GmbH is the state's energy agency. KEA-BW's task is to actively participate in climate protection measures in Baden-Württemberg: it supports the state government in promoting the topics of energy saving, rational energy use and the use of renewable energies. KEA-BW also focuses on sustainable mobility and climate adaptation.
Your tasks
Personal and financial responsibility for the heat transition division with six employees in future Further development of content and target group-oriented preparation of the topics of heat and transformation planning Providing strategic and operational support to the Ministry of the Environment on all issues relating to the heating transition, in particular municipal heating and transformation planning and market preparation for heating networks Initial advice for municipalities Offensive dissemination of the strategic importance of heating networks in the energy system of the future to the Competence Center's target groups Intensive networking and committee work with stakeholders at state, federal and, if necessary, international level Acquisition and management of market projects
Your qualifications
You have a university degree in a technical, scientific or business-related discipline, ideally with a focus on heat planning, heat supply or energy technology. You have at least five years of professional experience in the field of municipal heat or transformation planning or climate-neutral heat supply. Ideally, you have management experience and experience in project management. Knowledge of strategy or policy consulting and the structure of future integrated energy systems is an advantage. You have the ability to recognize and communicate the interrelationships of the heating transition. You also have good communication, persuasive and linguistic skills. You work in a structured, planned and efficient manner and at the same time are open to pragmatic solutions. Experience in a municipal environment and contacts with relevant institutions in Baden-Württemberg are an advantage. You demonstrate a clear attitude and motivation for climate protection and sustainable development.
