Your tasks
As an operations manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the proper operation of the power supply systems in compliance with all legal and normative requirements You will create and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy You will be responsible for monitoring and complying with the approval requirements relating to operation as well as carrying out and documenting recurring inspection obligations You plan and implement new systems and decommission old systems You perform the duties and tasks of the responsible electrician (VEFK) at ZEAG Engineering You are the contact person for customers, maintain customer contacts and promote customer loyalty and customer satisfaction for your area of responsibility You ensure the flow of information to internal and external departments As head of department (m/f/d), you will manage the electrical department with the planning, construction and operation teams You will be responsible for defining, controlling, monitoring and reviewing technical tasks within the scope of the objectives and tasks of your area of responsibility You will be responsible for the costs of your area of responsibility and budget its business plan You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising the implementation and monitoring the execution of electrical engineering projects, taking into account technical and economic specifications, contractual obligations and checking and ensuring deadlines are met You actively participate in our on-call duty
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed a university/university of applied sciences degree, e.g. in electrical engineering/energy technology or a comparable course of study You have experience in the operation, planning and installation of power supply and power distribution systems You have very good communication skills and enrich the company with your independent, results- and goal-oriented way of working You are confident in using MS Office applications and special application software for energy technology You are committed, flexible and have a high degree of initiative
