Your tasks
In the electricity grids division, over 300 employees ensure a high level of supply reliability! As Team Leader Plant Construction Substations, you will lead 18 project managers and specialist planners and act as a sparring partner and enabler for joint success stories. Your tasks: Leadership: You lead and support your employees (from trainee to senior PL), develop them further and anchor new project management methods in the team Monitoring: You ensure that our project management standards are adhered to and keep an eye on all ongoing projects in terms of the HOAI service phases Hands-on: You coordinate complex HS/MS construction measures in advance with clients and network management, among others - with regard to life cycle costs, functionality, high availability, etc Standards: You drive forward the standardization of primary, secondary and transmission systems as well as plant standards - for more efficiency in our projects! Communication: You will accompany scientific studies, contribute to specialist groups and conferences and report directly to the department head
Your qualifications
Degree as an engineer specializing in electrical engineering / substation plant construction or similar Several years of professional and management experience, with an interest in occupational safety, standardization, digitalization and automation Good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations and familiarity with SAP-R3 Very good communication skills, good conflict management and teamwork skills and enjoy convincing others of your ideas Class B driving license
