Electrical Engineer Switchgear Planning and Construction (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You will accompany our construction projects from A to Z:
- You will plan and build transformer and distribution systems from medium voltage to high voltage and will also independently take on the technical management of projects.
- You will be responsible for commissioning external service providers (m/f/d) (e.g. switchgear builders (m/f/d)) and coordinate the planning and conversion of existing systems as well as the construction of new systems. We also provide services and realize exciting projects (e.g. for Westnetz GmbH).
- You will take care of the procurement of materials and service providers, manage the construction site and carry out acceptance independently. Of course, we won’t leave you to do this alone! You will regularly coordinate with Purchasing, Electricity Operations and our Secondary Technology department.
- You coordinate and organize the commissioning and commissioning of customer-owned transformer stations in accordance with the Technical Connection Conditions for Medium Voltage (TAB MS). You haven’t had anything to do with this yet? No problem – all we need is your willingness to get to grips with the issues.
- As our contact person (m/f/d) with authorities, offices, engineering firms and external service providers, you will represent EVNG with confidence.
Your qualifications
- Have you completed your studies in electrical engineering or do you have a comparable degree? Great. Then you’ll fit in with us!
- You have already gained your first professional experience in the project planning and construction of energy supply systems.
- It would be perfect if you have already completed your own construction projects and were able to contribute your experience in project management.
- You enjoy communicating with customers (m/f/d) and service providers (m/f/d) and enjoy realizing projects independently.
- You are not afraid of regulations and legal standards. You are willing to familiarize yourself with the relevant VDE regulations and technical specifications. You are also quick to pick up on guidelines and innovations from the Group.
Benefits
- Your annual target salary is between approx. 77,000 EUR – 83,000 EUR gross, which we will guide you towards depending on your professional experience and previous knowledge.
- Our attractive collective agreement regulates further financial developments and the payment of 13 monthly salaries.
- You will also receive a fully employer-financed company pension from us.
- We offer flexible working hours and hybrid working within the framework of a 38-hour week.
- Your 30 vacation days and an additional 13 compensatory days that you can earn provide the necessary compensation. We also give you Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve as days off.
- A great team that also meets up outside of working hours, e.g. in our company sports club (soccer, tennis, cycling tours, etc.).
- Your induction is a colorful bouquet of specialist external seminars and a structured induction by your superiors and colleagues.
- Healthy, motivated employees are our most important success factor. That’s why we do a lot to ensure that you feel good at all times. With our company fitness offer via Wellpass, you have nationwide access to a wide range of wellness and fitness facilities at discounted rates.
- You also benefit from attractive company agreements such as an e-bike allowance and numerous corporate benefits (e.g. gym, travel offers, shopping benefits).
