Electrician (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- As an electrician, you will ensure that our power supply is operated reliably and safely. Whether house connections, medium-voltage grids or meter installations – you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of our grid infrastructure. You will also be in demand in the event of faults: with your specialist knowledge, you will ensure that faults are rectified quickly and thus contribute to the security of supply in Solingen.
- Independent grid installation within our power supply systems up to 1 kV – sometimes also under voltage
- Installation of house connections, cable fittings (400 V) and electrotechnical systems in the area of medium-voltage technology (10 kV)
- Installation of meters and ripple control receivers as well as circuits in the 400 V network
- Carrying out fault clearance measures – you ensure that nobody is left in the dark.
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed training in an electrical profession – you know your way around electricity!
- Manual skills and experience in power distribution and electrical installation
- A high sense of responsibility and a strong awareness of occupational safety
- Motivation for further training (e.g. live working, switching authorization for 10 kV systems).
- Class B driving license and willingness to relocate to Solingen or the immediate vicinity
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty and work on pylons up to 14 meters high
