With us, you will play a key role: you will ensure that our wind turbines are built to the highest quality – from receipt of goods to handover to the service department.

• Focus on quality: You review the work of the set-up teams and use manuals, checklists and protocols to ensure compliance with our high standards
• Ensuring performance: You control and monitor quality performance on an ongoing basis and keep everyone involved in the project informed
• Documentation and analysis: You create reports and develop suggestions for improvement
• Implement measures: You review and document immediate, corrective and preventive measures
• Accompany acceptance: You support the project manager in evaluating and processing the list of defects

• You have completed vocational training as an electrician / electronics technician / industrial electrician, mechatronics technician, mechanic or similar
• You have several years of experience in a similar field of work
• Technical understanding and a hands-on mentality are a matter of course for you
• You have a good command of English
• You are characterized by a structured way of working, organizational talent and assertiveness
• The job involves working on site on the towers of our wind turbines and requires a head for heights and a head for heights
• You are constantly on site and adapt to changing locations according to the requirements of our projects
• You are willing to travel throughout Germany
