Electricity network planner (m/f/d)
Become part of the future of energy – at Rhein-Sieg Netz GmbH, the distribution network operator from Siegburg for the Rhein-Sieg region! From strategy to planning: this is where it all begins. The Planning organizational unit is responsible for all key requirements for our distribution grids in the fields of electricity, gas, water and heat – as well as future topics such as hydrogen and other green gases. With four different departments and around 40 colleagues, the organizational unit takes care of all planning-related tasks such as grid strategy, asset management, budgeting, quality assurance, implementation planning, house connection management, GIS documentation, real estate and building management for our supply grids and all buildings.
Your tasks
- You plan the electricity grids in Siegburg and Niederkassel, taking into account the other divisions.
- You will carry out target grid planning and grid calculations for large connection and feed-in requests and advise applicants on implementation.
- You prepare cost calculations, analyses, calculations and profitability calculations for projects.
- You will establish close contacts with local authorities, government agencies and third parties in order to coordinate measures, facilitate processes and coordinate them at an early stage.
- Remuneration in line with the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V).
Your qualifications
- Training as a master craftsman, technician or engineer (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, preferably with additional qualifications in gas and water.
- Alternatively, a willingness to familiarize yourself with gas and water supply for cross-divisional planning.
- An independent, sociable way of working in order to represent our interests to third parties.
- A place of residence ideally in the greater Siegburg / Niederkassel area.
- German language skills at native speaker level for confident communication with contact persons.
