Your Responsibilities
- Managing the company’s utility networks and company-operated areas in accordance with departmental instructions and procedures
- Operating the control system
- Remote monitoring and control of utility networks (heat, gas, and water)
- Monitoring supply bottlenecks
- Distribution of measurement values and load flow in the utility networks
- Receiving alerts from building automation systems
- Monitoring of upper and lower limits
- System control of the parking system
- System control of electric vehicle charging stations
- Fault reception and targeted forwarding
- Recording and logging of messages
- Direct communication with partners
- 24/7 shift operation
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as an electronics technician or equivalent, combined with several years of professional experience
- Experience with MS Office and a willingness to learn new scheduling programs
- Ability to think and act in a process-oriented manner
- Ability to work well in a team and a customer-oriented mindset
- Even in stressful situations, you remain calm and organized
