Employee Billing & Customer Service (f/m/d) in the field of renewable energies
GETEC ENERGIE GmbH supports energy consumers, suppliers and producers with comprehensive energy services. GETEC ENERGIE GmbH is part of bp. in 2024, we were acquired by bp’s gas & power trading international (GPTI) division, thereby expanding bp’s presence in Europe.
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for operational billing, from invoicing to clarifying queries with our customers, and will support the entire process in a future-oriented energy industry environment.
- You process customer inquiries relating to our billing in a competent, service and solution-oriented manner.
- You carefully check billing data for completeness, plausibility and accuracy.
- You actively contribute your ideas and expertise to further develop existing processes and help shape sustainable projects.
- You will work closely with various specialist departments and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our processes.
Your qualifications
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have some experience in billing, customer service or administration.
- You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
- You are confident with the common MS Office applications.
- You are a strong communicator, team-oriented and enjoy taking on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
- You enjoy working in a team and can keep track of several tasks at the same time.
