Employee (f/m/d) billing management – measurement data and counter

Your tasks
- Measurement data and device management
- Processing of customer self-readings
- Recording, plausibility checking and verification of measurement and performance values
- Creation of substitute values if data is incomplete or incorrect
- Processing technical processes such as meter changes, new installations or changes to systems
- Data quality and system support
- Monitoring and processing electronic data formats as part of market communication
- Maintaining and updating master data
- Support in IT requirements and quality management (e.g. testing new functions)
- Collaboration in IT projects, especially in test management
- Communication and clarification cases
- Clarification of measurement data or device issues with customers, service providers and market partners
- Processing feedback and electronic messages relating to measurement and device management
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in metering and measurement or in the energy industry desirable
- Basic technical understanding and an affinity for figures and data
- Good knowledge of SAP IS-U or willingness to familiarize yourself with it
- Experience in working on projects desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team, structured way of working and customer-oriented thinking
