Our "Market Partner Management" department is part of rhenag's energy business in organizational terms. The core task of our team is market communication and controlling meter reading management.
What you can expect
- You will assume holistic responsibility for the analysis, optimization and further development of switching processes within market communication (GPKE, GeLi-Gas) and actively support day-to-day business to ensure smooth processing.
- You will have in-depth knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. GeLi Gas, WiM, MPES) and ensure their practical, timely implementation.
- You will also prepare changes and updates, derive necessary adjustments and train employees in these new requirements. You will communicate complex regulatory and technical content and ensure that knowledge is continuously built up and transferred throughout the company and to partners.
- You understand the change processes as a crucial interface in the customer journey and take responsibility for smooth communication and collaboration between internal departments (e.g. Legal, IT, Process Management, Customer Service) and external partners.
- You are responsible for accompanying the semi-annual release changes of the in-house software "lima". You will plan, coordinate and carry out testing measures, ensure the quality and up-to-dateness of the software and carry out any necessary adjustments independently.
- You will play an active role in the strategic direction of market communication processes and ensure that they are flexible and future-oriented. If you are interested, you can take on technical consulting for other utility companies as part of our service business.
