Your tasks
- Correct allocation and booking of donations/membership fees
- Creating and processing contracts and direct debits
- Donor communication by telephone and e-mail
- Maintaining and managing data in our address database (Sextant)
- Filing and documentation
Your qualifications
- Experience in donation management or accounting ideally in a non-profit organization
- Knowledge of CRM or fundraising databases and MS Office applications
- Diligence and a structured way of working
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, commitment and team spirit
