As the grid company of MVV, MVV Netze GmbH is responsible for the operation of its electricity, gas, district heating and water grids in Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region with around 500 employees.
Your tasks
As an employee in grid management pipe media (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring safe and reliable grid operation. You will be responsible for central network management in the district heating, gas and water sectors You will control and monitor the generation and distribution systems in these sectors You analyze and isolate faults in the supply networks and are responsible for initiating resupply You will process telephone fault reports and the associated management of fault clearance measures You will implement operational switching operations and carry out circuit planning You will document and evaluate fault and operating data
Your qualifications
Bachelor's, technician or master's degree in the field of supply engineering, energy technology or energy management Professional experience in a control center is advantageous, but we are also happy to give career starters a chance Knowledge in the field of district heating, gas and water supply Confident handling of Microsoft Office products Quick comprehension in combination with a high level of decision-making confidence and independent action Willingness to work three shifts
