Your tasks

As an employee in Technical Customer Service, you will work with the Metering & Customer Service department to ensure that everything runs smoothly in terms of house and grid connections for electricity, gas, water and heat. The metering team is an important information interface between customers, installers, service providers and internal departments such as technology and sales. Supporting and advising customers when applying for house connections and making changes to customer installations Processing concerns about connection processes that reach us both electronically and by telephone is desirable Preparation of connection contracts Initial consultation on technical products and energy services Collaboration with the technical team and provision of data for construction projects and commissioning Cooperation with internal departments and support with project work


Your qualifications

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training Previous technical knowledge, ideally from the energy industry, coupled with an affinity for technical products Experience in order processing and handling as well as in dealing with customersprocessing as well as in dealing with customers Good knowledge of software systems and MS Office products Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as an independent and structured way of working Ability to communicate and work in a team as well as a high degree of customer orientation
