• You advise store visitors on our entire product portfolio and our cooperative and provide information on current environmental, climate and energy policy issues
• Through your self-image for personal service, you contribute to strong customer loyalty and the continuous improvement of our service offerings
• You will contribute to innovative approaches and a good structure in the conception, implementation and follow-up of events, campaigns and specialist presentations in the EWS store
• You look after the EWS stand at trade fairs and events in Freiburg and the region and thus contribute to excellent representation
• In addition to your daily tasks, you will support the identification of improvement potential for the further development of the EWS Store in terms of design, service and process optimization
• You use these contacts in the EWS store and beyond for a continuous exchange and active network expansion with our stakeholders/partners in the region

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
• Sustainability and climate protection are very important to you and you want to make a difference with your daily work
• You already have some experience in project or event management and customer service, are not easily flustered and can easily juggle a wide variety of characters
• Previous knowledge of the energy industry, climate protection or sustainability issues is not a must, but an advantage
• You enjoy teamwork and the variety of tasks with creative potential. You have a high level of social competence and a positive charisma
• Your way of working is self-organized, you have a quick grasp of things and can set priorities
• You contribute your network and thus support regional projects and initiatives
