Your tasks
- Is that your mission?
- Providing telephone, written and personal advice to interested parties as well as tariff and commercial customers about the products of the SWU group of companies
- Conclusion and termination of standardized energy and water supply contracts including the determination of budget billing amounts
- Customer and contract data management in the SAP/IS-U system (master data maintenance) and in CRM
- Processing correspondence and managing correspondence
- Telephone sales activities with existing customers
- Checking evaluations to ensure data quality
- Checking and processing complaints
- Taking on special tasks such as monitoring consumption points without contracts, project work, etc.
- If required, participation in trade fairs, exhibitions and other sales-oriented measures
Your qualifications
- What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training such as office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ideally knowledge of SAP/IS-U and CRM
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Customer and sales-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and flexibility
- Willingness to work on Saturdays if necessary
