Employee (m/f/d) for payroll accounting
Your tasks
- Carrying out monthly payroll accounting for defined organizational units and managing time management
- Processing individual circumstances (e.g. maternity leave, parental leave, garnishments, anniversaries, one-off payments, partial retirement)
- Creation and maintenance of master and transaction data
- Controlling, checking and monitoring payroll follow-up activities
- Preparation of wage tax certificates and wage tax declarations
- Preparation of process documentation
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training and further training as a personnel manager (m/f/d) or comparable further training
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of collective bargaining law
- Knowledge of travel expenses and hospitality law would be desirable
- Experience and knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP HCM in the payroll and time management modules
