Your tasks

  • As an employee in order management, you will be responsible for technical / commercial order processing. We offer you an exciting and varied job as well as the opportunity to work independently and to develop personally and professionally. But what exactly would that look like?
  • Translating technical requirements into commercial processes and independently opening and managing service orders in the SAP system.
  • Control and monitoring of operational network processes including order control, evaluation and management.
  • Responsibility for resource planning and deployment management of construction workers and fitters for the efficient processing of tasks in the network business.
  • Supervision and support of users (USER) of the WFM system, including training.
  • Preparation of training documents and participation in quality assurance in the context of system use.

Your qualifications

  • Completed qualification as a master craftsman or technician with relevant professional experience in energy supply.
  • Sound knowledge of process flows in network operation as well as commercial understanding or corresponding further training.
  • Confident handling of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP (PM and MM modules); knowledge of WFM is desirable.
  • Class B driver’s license is required.
  • Strong customer orientation, good comprehension skills, strong communication skills, self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and a sense of responsibility.
