The task of the KEA-BW is to actively participate in climate protection measures in Baden-Württemberg: It supports the state government in promoting the topics of energy saving, rational use of energy and the use of renewable energies. KEA-BW also focuses on sustainable mobility and climate adaptation.

The KEA-BW’s Water and Soil Competence Center is tasked with informing, networking and educating people about the various topics relating to water and the associated soil issues. To this end, the department organizes conferences, seminars and training courses for Baden-Württemberg’s municipal and state administrations as well as for associations and other organizations.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated member of staff (m/f/d) for the Water Neighborhoods network at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
- Participation in the preparation, organization and support of network meetings in Baden-Württemberg as well as other events of the Competence Centre Water and Soil.
- Processing technical inquiries from the support group of the Competence Center Water and Soil.
- Maintenance of the homepage (among other things: Entering new events, updating new supervisors, entering new materials, etc.).
- Support and data maintenance within our CRM system “CIVICRM”.
- Professional cooperation is expressly desired with appropriate experience.
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a biological-technical assistant, technician or completed university studies in the field of biology or landscape architecture or comparable qualifications,
- Confident, convincing appearance, ability to speak freely, very good written and spoken German,
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills,
- Professional experience in organizing events and managing networks is an advantage,
- Clear attitude and motivation for climate protection and sustainable development.
