The task of the KEA-BW is to actively participate in climate protection measures in Baden-Württemberg: It supports the state government in promoting the topics of energy saving, rational use of energy and the use of renewable energies. KEA-BW also focuses on sustainable mobility and climate adaptation.

The KEA-BW’s Water and Soil Competence Center is tasked with informing, networking and educating people about the various topics relating to water and the associated soil issues. To this end, the department organizes conferences, seminars and training courses for Baden-Württemberg’s municipal and state administrations as well as for associations and other organizations.

Your tasks

  • Networking with water bodies
  • Participation in the preparation, organization and support of network meetings in Baden-Württemberg as well as other events of the Competence Centre Water and Soil.
  • Processing technical inquiries from the support group of the Competence Center Water and Soil.
  • Maintenance of the homepage (among other things: Entering new events, updating new supervisors, entering new materials, etc.)
  • Support and data maintenance within our CRM system “CIVICRM”.

Your qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a biological-technical assistant, technician or completed university degree (FH) in biology or landscape architecture or comparable qualifications
  • Professional cooperation is expressly desired with appropriate experience.
  • Confident, convincing appearance, free speech, written and spoken language skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communication skills
  • Clear attitude and motivation for climate protection and sustainable development.
  • Professional experience in organizing events and managing networks is an advantage.
