Energy consultant (m/f/d)
As a non-profit association, the Energieberatungszentrum Stuttgart e. V. is the first point of contact for independent, neutral advice in Stuttgart and supports the state capital in the implementation of energy concepts, the development of funding programs and the entire heating transition. Join us in advising and motivating building owners, private individuals and institutions to create energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings!
Your tasks
- Energy consulting for residential and non-residential buildings (creation of renovation roadmaps, room-by-room heat load calculation, energy-related construction supervision for renovations)
- Carrying out initial consultations on energy-efficient refurbishment
- Carrying out PV consultations
- Calculation and modeling of buildings and their energy consumption
- Development of concepts to increase the energy efficiency of buildings and neighborhoods
- Participation in the design of municipal funding guidelines
- Networking with various players in the industry
- Acting as a speaker for information events and publicity campaigns
- Supporting the management in day-to-day operations
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in engineering or natural sciences with a focus on real estate or buildings, preferably supply engineering, building physics, air conditioning engineering, technical building services or comparable qualifications
- You are listed in the energy efficiency expert list as an energy consultant (m/f/d)
- You have several years of experience as an energy consultant (m/f/d) or in similar areas
- You identify with the areas of sustainability and climate protection
- You are outgoing, enjoy working in a team and have the ability to approach people
- You have good written and verbal communication skills, are confident with IT and are familiar with communication and presentation techniques
