Energy consultant (m/f/d)

The Heilbronn Energy Agency is funded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry for the Environment, Climate Protection and the Energy Sector.
The city of Heilbronn founded the Heilbronn Energy Agency together with ZEAG Energie AG and Heilbronner Versorgung GmbH. It is the local point of contact with neutral and qualified advisory services and carries out public relations work on energy and climate protection issues. Our aim is to shape the energy transition in a responsible and climate-friendly way. We advise citizens in Heilbronn independently and free of charge on the efficient and environmentally friendly use of energy.

• They provide citizens with competent and independent advice on the topics of energy-efficient building refurbishment, energy efficiency and renewable energies.
• You develop target group-specific advisory services and actively contribute to raising awareness of climate protection issues.
• You will moderate events, give presentations and bring a breath of fresh air to our activities.

• You have successfully completed a degree in environmental, natural, economic or engineering sciences or have a professional qualification in line with the job profile and have preferably already worked in energy consulting.
• You are very interested in the topics of energy and climate protection and enjoy imparting knowledge.
• You work independently and in a customer-oriented manner and can impress with your communication skills.
• You are a team player and enjoy working independently and creatively.
• Ideally, you will have a certification as an energy efficiency expert and/or a license as an energy consultant with the consumer advice center.

• We pay a salary up to pay group 11 TVöD.

• The position can be filled part-time with at least 30 hours per week or full-time and is initially limited to a period of five years. The aim is to make the position permanent.
