Energy Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)
As a municipal utility company, Stadtwerke Bad Vilbel GmbH operates the gas, water, electricity and heating supply divisions as well as a transport company. Stadtwerke Bad Vilbel GmbH is also involved in real estate management and renewable energies.
Your tasks
- You look after our private customers (B2C) in person, in writing and by telephone and have a flair for proactive, sales-related advice and support for our customers
- You handle procedures and processes such as EOG, user changes, contract data management with a high degree of accuracy
- You take care of master data clearing, corrections and data maintenance, thus ensuring the quality of our customer data and processes
- You contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality
- You are the contact person for critical customer concerns and find professional and sustainable solutions in close cooperation with related departments
- You use digital tools (CRM/ERP) efficiently and play an active role in optimizing our processes and in standardization and automation projects
- As an interface between customer service, sales, receivables management and billing, you will ensure that processes mesh smoothly and information flows efficiently
Your qualifications
- You can prove that you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally, you have a background in the energy industry and have already gained professional experience in the energy sector
- You are well versed in MS Office programs, CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Schleupen, Wilken-Neutrasoft, SAP, Cursor CRM EVI) and have in-depth knowledge of them
- You are customer-oriented, communicative, a real team player and “live customer service”
- With your hands-on mentality, you want to continuously develop and optimize existing business processes
