Energy Management Officer (m/f/d)

To ensure the highest possible quality of our products, we rely on modern and innovative production and filling systems and responsible use of our resources. To do this, we need performance- and quality-conscious employees who want to play an active role in shaping the diversity of our portfolio. Is quality the best recipe for you too? Then you’ve come to the right place.

Your tasks

  • You work strategically – you are responsible for the cross-location introduction, maintenance and further development of energy management systems. In this context, you will create an energy planning and evaluation. You will align the Radeberger Group’s energy management with future requirements and thus shape the future.
  • You take a close look – you compile and evaluate the energy-related key performance indicators of our sites. You will be responsible for checking energy bills. From this and from the KPIs, you will derive energy-related assessments for future investments and optimization potential in relation to future contracts, taking market conditions into account, in collaboration with the energy transformation department,
  • You offer a professional service – you are the central contact person (m/f/d) for energy-related issues and manage and support the companies and specialist departments in the planning and implementation of investments in energy-related systems. To do this, you take into account the current framework conditions in the energy market and new technologies (e.g. use of AI).
  • You set the standard – As the Radeberger Group’s energy management officer, you are responsible for setting up and maintaining energy certification and for compliance with relevant legal obligations. You will also ensure the transfer of knowledge across locations.
  • You are a team player – you work closely with our operations and with related departments.

Your qualifications

  • Your education – You have a relevant qualification in the technical field (degree in engineering/electrical engineering/comparable course of study or technician/comparable qualification). Ideally, you will also have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and have a qualification as an energy manager.
  • Your experience – You have already gained several years of professional experience in the operation and control of energy systems and associated process control systems. You will have acquired knowledge of the data structures of a technical plant. You will also be able to impress with your knowledge of project management.
  • Your personality – You are characterized by your entrepreneurial thinking as well as your creativity and flexibility in finding solutions. Understanding processes and their interrelationships is easy for you. You work independently, have the necessary assertiveness and would like to develop further in our company.
  • Your mobility – You are willing to travel within Germany, e.g. to accompany commissioning and internal and external audits at our sites.
  • Your know-how – You have a sound knowledge of MS Office. SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Your sustainable actions – You think long-term and act responsibly.
