Energy manager (d/m/f) for municipal energy management
formed in 1972 from the 56 independent municipalities of the district of Melle, the town of Melle, with its eight districts and a total area of 254 km², is now one of the largest towns in Lower Saxony. Your tasks
- Development of a municipal energy management system in accordance with Kom.EMS standards
- Introduction of an IT-supported energy management system to increase energy efficiency
- Recording, analyzing and evaluating energy and water consumption data in properties and other public facilities
- Planning, coordination and implementation of municipal energy management measures at municipal properties
- Adjustment and optimization of control parameters in energy systems to increase efficiency
- Advising building users by providing targeted information and practical support in the implementation of energy-saving measures
Your qualifications
- Completed studies (Bachelor’s or Diplom FH) in the fields of energy technology, TGA, building automation, supply engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Alternatively, a degree as a technician or master craftsman in one of the above fields with several years of professional experience
- Knowledge and experience in the application of the relevant energy industry laws and the associated standards
- Good knowledge of project management
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Class B driving license
