We are looking for you for our Knowledge Management department in Bonn as
Energy Manager in the Procurement Standards department with a focus on energy demand surveys and contract management for energy supply contracts (f/m/d)
Pay grade 11 TVöD Bund, ID: ZEFM3504, Job ID: 1216436)
The position is open-ended.
What are your main tasks?
- You will prepare and implement demand surveys for the energy supply of our properties. You will be in close contact with our head offices, e.g. to analyze consumption patterns.
- Based on your queries, you will determine the required energy quantities and report these to the Purchasing department. You will use your expertise to provide support in responding to bidder inquiries.
- The second focus of your role is internal contract management for BImA's energy supply contracts. You will be the point of contact for inquiries from the main offices, clarify contractual issues with the Purchasing department and support Energy Management in designing and setting up a central controlling system. This also includes checking the plausibility of consumption data and internal data transmission.
- In order to keep your colleagues up to date, you will be involved in the development and implementation of training courses and information events and will regularly contribute to our internal specialist information system.
We work in a mobile and flexible manner and provide the appropriate equipment. Nevertheless, the post/workplace will occasionally involve business trips, including throughout Germany.
What do we expect?
Qualifications:
- Completed university degree (Diploma (FH)/Bachelor) in the field of supply, energy and environmental technology, real estate management or economics or comparable qualification
Specialist skills:
- Knowledge of energy procurement markets and current legislation in the field of energy law, e.g. ENEV, EEG, EWärmeEG
- Knowledge of energy industry law (GEG), BGB, public procurement law and tenders
- Knowledge and experience in real estate management or facility management is an advantage
