Your tasks
Establishment, implementation and maintenance of an energy management system for the continuous recording and control of energy consumption data for the municipal buildings Carrying out ongoing consumption checks with the aim of identifying weak points and potential savings and initiating and implementing improvements Energy analysis, design and effective integration of renewable energies in existing buildings Development and implementation of energy-saving concepts, preparation and presentation of energy reports, training and sensitization of building users Optimization of systems engineering in the areas of I&C, lighting and building services systems Technical involvement in municipal building construction and building renovation projects Tendering and awarding of energy supply contracts Use of funding programs
Your qualifications
A successfully completed degree in the fields of energy management, technology, economics, environmental management or I&C technology or a comparable qualification or A state-certified technician for renewable energies, environmental protection technology or electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology Relevant qualified professional experience Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD Class B driving license required The ability to work independently and on your own responsibility as well as the ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience
