Active support of the account in technical and economic matters for the planning and operating phase of properties Development & planning of energy saving measures in the area of technical facility management of a customer key account Derivation of customer potentials and business field development, identification of savings potentials, ROI calculation, proposal preparation Support with energy audits in accordance with ISO 50001 to maintain the customer's management system Monitoring, analysis and reporting of current energy consumption and determination of specific energy indicators Creation of climate protection roadmaps to achieve climate neutrality in the building sector Creation of energy certificates (optional)
Completed studies with a focus on energy management or facility management with a focus on technical building equipment, utility engineer or comparable professional training Relevant professional experience in the field of energy management, and development of measures and projects in the field of technical building equipment Sound knowledge of standards, guidelines and new developments in the field of energy policy, funding programs Consideration of political & energy market developments Business fluent German, good English skills and strong communication skills Entrepreneurial thinking and customer-oriented behavior
