Your tasks

  • Further development, implementation and continuous improvement of the energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001
  • Analysis and monitoring of energy consumption at the hospital sites, as well as development and implementation of measures to save energy and optimize energy efficiency (incl. development of SEUs, ENPIs and EDBs)
  • You are the central point of contact for all questions relating to energy management and communicate regularly with the various departments in order to understand their needs and challenges
  • Document maintenance as part of the network-wide DMS (document management system)
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners (m/f/d) to identify potential savings and communication with authorities
  • Preparation of energy reports and presentations for the hospital management and the executive board (e.g. annual management review)
  • You will systematically record the attendance figures for our online training courses from the database, analyze the data to identify trends and use the evaluations to adapt and optimize future training courses in a targeted manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the area of energy, as well as the standard requirements in the network
  • You ensure the systematic planning, careful implementation and comprehensive documentation of internal audits, the continuous improvement of our energy management system and ensure compliance with all relevant standards
  • Further development of the measuring point concepts at the hospital sites, as well as support in the planning and integration of new measuring points
  • Supporting the development of an energy monitoring and controlling system for building technology
  • Evaluation of the building energy models of our clinics (development of renovation roadmaps using the Energy Consultant Professional 3D software)

Your qualifications

  • Completed university degree in energy management, environmental technology, engineering, technician, master craftsman or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of energy management, ideally in a hospital environment or in the healthcare sector
  • Qualification as an energy manager (m/f/d) energy management officer (m/f/d)
  • Confident handling of energy management key figures and energy monitoring software
  • Sound knowledge of DIN EN ISO 50001 and relevant laws and regulations is required. Ideally, you have experience in the implementation and optimization of energy management systems in accordance with ISO 50001 and in the evaluation of energy-saving measures in accordance with the VALERI standard
  • Knowledge in the processing and evaluation of building energy models (ideally Energy Consultant Professional 3D software)
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Initiative and solution orientation
  • Service-oriented and friendly demeanor as well as strong communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
