Energy Manager with focus on energy monitoring (f/m/d)

Full-time or part-time | permanent | Mehrower Allee 52, 12687 Berlin

• Qualifications: You have a degree in energy management, energy economics, renewable energies, building services engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience & expertise: You have experience in the control and optimization of heat supply systems and are familiar with IT security, data protection, databases as well as control, regulation and building management systems.
• Plus points: Ideally, you will have gained experience in the housing industry and have knowledge of ESG issues and energy sustainability standards.
• Personality: You are characterized by your excellent problem-solving skills and impress with your systematic way of working and high level of conscientiousness
• Communication & teamwork skills: With your strong communication skills (German language skills at least C1 level) and your team spirit, you are able to interact effectively at all levels of the company and inspire your colleagues

• Shaping the energy transition: With your expertise, you will optimize the efficiency of the energy consumption of our existing systems.</li
• Overview of the big picture: You coordinate the expansion and maintenance of building automation solutions and ensure that they are efficiently integrated into our building management system. In the control room, you will be responsible for monitoring, adjusting and optimizing our systems</li
• Setting energy standards: You will develop concepts for control and regulation technology.</li
• Reporting: You will collect and prepare data for energy and sustainability reporting. You will also record and evaluate the current energy status of our facilities and existing buildings.</li
• Consulting: As a contact person, you will advise our specialist departments on all energy-related issues, assess both modernization projects and new buildings in terms of their energy efficiency and contribute to the development of our energy strategy.
• Energy supply: You will provide support in drawing up energy supply, maintenance and heat supply contracts.</li

• Remuneration & extras: We pay according to the housing industry collective agreement with vacation and Christmas bonuses. We also offer a company pension scheme, private accident insurance, performance-related special bonuses and a 50% subsidy for the BVG or Deutschland-Ticket
