Engineer as planner of energy centers (m/f/d)

One pilot project is Esslingen’s Weststadt district. The portfolio of our engineering office ranges from energy and building simulation to the planning of building technology and building physics through to operational optimization. We cooperate closely with colleges and universities and regularly take part in research projects.
Your tasks
- You plan and monitor energy centers for buildings, local and district heating systems in all HOAI service phases
- You plan heat pumps, CHPs, heat generators, H₂ electrolysers and energy storage systems, including the hydraulics and optionally the I&C systems
- You use renewable energies such as solar energy, geothermal energy and biomass in the planning process
- You create inventory analyses and the energy-related operational optimization of energy centers
Your qualifications
- Engineering degree in technical building services, supply engineering or similar
- Ideally many years of experience as a planner (m/f/d) or project manager (m/f/d)
- Structured approach to thinking and acting
- Ability to work in a team, personal responsibility, solution-oriented approach and good communication skills
