Your tasks
You will be responsible for the overall project management of pipeline and plant construction for district heating projects. You will manage the projects on the basis of excellent service orientation, communication, teamwork and customer care. You will be responsible for the proper planning and construction of district heating projects. You will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring all necessary approval procedures, external route procurements and subsoil analyses. You will prepare appropriate and market-oriented calculations for planning and construction measures as well as customer projects. You will monitor and control contractors with regard to budget, deadlines and quality.
Your qualifications
Completed degree in energy, supply or heating engineering, technical building equipment, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or civil engineering, or comparable training Experience in project management, ideally in (partial) project management Experience in the district heating sector (steam/heating water) desirable, specialist knowledge in civil engineering/pipeline construction or structural engineering, civil engineering, media supply, I&C technology an advantage Good knowledge of the general rules and standards in civil engineering and pipe construction, as well as HOAI and VOB, supplemented by knowledge of the technical regulations and guidelines for district heating supply, in particular the regulations of the AGFW and DGUV regulations Good PC user skills in MS Office, SAP, MS Project and AVA systems (e.g. Felixx, Orca) Class B driving license
